Precision Facades is a through wall facades contractor specialising in lightweight steel framing, rainscreen cladding, glazing, EWI and render systems. We support our clients from early design stages through to the supply and installation of various bespoke systems.

But our job doesn’t stop there. We also offer support throughout the lifetime of the building via various maintenance and upgrade options. Our expert team has a wealth of experience, having already successfully delivered projects nationwide across various sectors with values ranging from £250k – £8m.

Our Services

STEEL FRAMING

We offer Steel Framing Systems (SFS) which is a load bearing walling system and form part of our through wall offering.

RAINSCREEN CLADDING

We provide a total rainscreen package including support structure insulation, cavity fire barriers with a variety of finishes including Brick Slips, Aluminium, Stone, Terracotta and Timber. All of which are A1 or A2 fire rated.

INSULATED RENDER

Our specialist EWI teams are able to offer a range of render systems from different suppliers with both traditional and brick effect finishes.

FABRIC IMPROVEMENTS

We are able to offer upgrades and enhancements to rainscreen cladding systems, such as replacement of combustible materials or introduction of cavity fire barriers. This ensures buildings are safe and meet both current and new building/ fire regulations.
